Attorney Mercy Saigbah Frank immigrated to the United States from West Africa with her family when she was 11 years old. She has had an interest in law since high school. Competing on Mock Trial teams and Youth and Government teams with interstate and national competitions. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2006 with a Bachelor degree in in Political Science. In 2007 she attended the Massachusetts School of Law and was a member of the NEBLSA Mock Trial team, which placed 3rd nationally. Attorney Frank has remained active in the Mock Trial circuit as a coach with both Lowell High School and Tewksbury High School. In 2010 she graduated and was admitted to the Bar in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
